REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8491 AN ACT PRESCRIBING THE CODE OF THE NATIONAL FLAG, ANTHEM, MOTTO, COAT-OF-ARMS AND OTHER HERALDIC ITEMS AND DEVICES OF THE PHILIPPINES. # SECTION 50. Any person or judicial entity which violates any of the provisions of this Act shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Five thousand pesos (5,000.00) not more than Twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00), or by imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court: Provided, That for any second and additional offenses, both fine and imprisonment shall always be imposed: Provided, That in case the violation is committed by a juridical person, its President or Chief Executive Officer thereof shall be liable. 本法の規定に違反した個人または法人は、有罪判決を受けた場合、裁判所の裁量により、5,000ペソ以上20,000ペソ以下の罰金、または1年以下の禁固刑、または罰金と禁固刑の両方により罰せられる： ただし、2回目以降の違反については、常に罰金と懲役の両方が科されるものとする： ただし、違反が法人によって行われた場合は、その社長または最高経営責任者が責任を負うものとする。
